NewStream Enterprises, LLC (NewStream) is pleased to announce the promotion of Tiffany Montileone to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1st, 2021. This promotion is part of NewStream’s objective to cross-train our accounting team and is an important part of our succession planning process, which aims to promote from within wherever possible. We strive to empower every team member at every level with the knowledge, skills, and abilities that will allow them to advance in their careers if they so choose.
Tiffany began her SRC at Great Game of Business in 2014 as the Director of Finance & Administration, being responsible for overseeing the Accounting, IT, and HR functions. In June of 2018, Tiffany moved to NewStream as a Senior Staff Accountant and was quickly promoted to Accounting Manager. Tiffany always brings a high level of energy to the organization and a drive to make improvements. She has developed a great team that supports her in this new role.
Within our community, Tiffany serves as the treasurer at HavaHeart Rescue, one of the local animal rescue organizations. She has fostered 20 dogs and puppies with the rescue!
In her new role, Tiffany will be managing and developing her accounting team, as well as working with leadership to improve and execute strategic measures to ensure NewStream’s continued growth and financial success.
