NewStream Enterprises, LLC (NewStream) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Potts to the position of Sales Operation Manager, effective May 3rd, 2021. This promotion is part of NewStream’s strategy for sales growth.
Jennifer has worked for different SRC subsidiaries for over 30 years. She started with SRC Heavy Duty as an OEM Scheduler then was promoted to Manager of Sales Services. She also worked at the Great Game of Business for a year and a half as Manager of Customer Service and Distribution.
Jennifer joined NewStream in 2008 as a Quote Specialist being responsible for sending quotes to our customers, then moved into Account Manager working in pricing, relationship building, and account development. In 2018, Jennifer was promoted to Senior Account Manager. She currently serves on the SRC Community Relations Committee to provide community support to all local charities.
In her new role, Jennifer will be responsible for establishing an on-boarding/training process for the Sales department and making sure that we have current and up-to-date WIS for current processes on all accounts, as well as ensuring continuous improvements for the department, cross-training, and helping to create a quoting and onboarding template for new customers, updated quotes, etc.
“I have always worked in Sales and love taking care of customers, as well as doing all of the behind-the-scenes internal work to make the department run efficiently and effectively,” Jennifer said. “I am excited to be able to bring knowledge and improvements that will streamline our current processes as well as be able to train and develop our Sales team for future growth.”
