This significant milestone underscores NewStream’s unwavering commitment to safety and dedication of its workforce.
Since its inception, NewStream Enterprises has prioritized the safety and well-being of its employee-owners above all else. From kitting and packaging to assembly and distribution, associates from all levels, departments, and warehouses played integral roles in safety training, education, and activities.
“To achieve this goal, each owner contributed to safe working practices by following processes and procedures to reduce injury and focusing on making the workplace safe for all owners,” said William Lung, EHS Manager of NewStream Enterprises. “I am thrilled to be a part of a company that is passionate about safety and each owners’ hard work to reach this milestone.”
NewStream Enterprises marked this milestone with a special celebration at its Springfield warehouse to honor associates and recognize their contributions to maintaining a safe work environment. The event included speeches from company leadership, giveaways, catered lunch, and games to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
