NewStream Enterprises LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Janae Eckert to the position of Director of Human Resources, effective May 2022. The promotion is a part of NewStream’s strategy to promote within and allow our team members to strengthen their skills.
Janae began her career with NewStream in 2016 as a Human Resources and Safety Coordinator working closely with the EHS Manager and HR Manager. Afterwards, she transitioned to a Human Resources Generalist and became Human Resources Manager in 2018 before getting promoted to Director of Human Resources.
In her new role, Janae will be focusing on strategy and aligning programs, policies, and practices that align with NewStream.
“I am excited for this opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives,” Said Janae.
