NewStream Enterprises, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Cole Kerby as the new IT Technician I. Before joining our team here at NewStream, Cole worked various jobs such as a delivery driver in the food service industry as well as in construction and auditing. Recently, Cole also graduated from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
In his new role, Cole will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, setting up equipment for computer systems, providing basic printer support, and managing the Help Desk to resolve tickets.
“I am very excited to work here at NewStream! The community here is unlike anything I have ever experienced at my previous jobs,” says Cole. “Everyone is very welcoming and kind, and ready to help me with anything I might need. This is my first week here at NewStream, and it already feels like I am part of the NewStream family!”
