NewStream Enterprises, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Watson to Packaging Engineer, effective October 30th, 2023. This promotion is part of NewStream’s strategy to promote from within.
Heather began her career at NewStream in June of 2015, where she started on the production floor as a Packager. After 3 months, Heather became an Inspector in Production where she worked until the following June before becoming a Quality Assistant. In April of 2018, Heather moved to the position of Engineering Technician where she worked until taking on her new position as a Packaging Engineer in 2023.
In her new role, Heather will be responsible for designing, developing, and producing packaging for various types of products, while keeping the customer’s needs in mind. Heather will also be responsible for ensuring products meet specifications and collaborate in resolving technical challenges.
Heather also graduated with her Associate’s degree from OTC in August of 2022, and is currently working toward getting her Bachelor’s degree next spring from Drury University.

I am excited for my new journey of learning and growth and will continue to make a positive impact in my new role.”
