NewStream is happy to announce the promotion of Christy West to Group Leader in our Glenstone building.
Christy started with NewStream as a materials specialist for an aftermarket distribution customer in 2018 shortly after the on-boarding of the account. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, their industry, and NewStream’s internal processes, which has enabled her to effectively support the customer’s growth and play a pivotal role in strengthening the partnership.
“I am eager to show what I’ve learned in my last 6 years in the receiving department. I love being the first team to touch the product, as I pride myself on accuracy and quality of the products we send to our customers,” Christy said. “I would like to lead my team in the same values.”
Christy also shows her service to her fellow employee-owners through participation on a variety of committees, including the Ownership Culture Committee (OCC), Incident Investigation Committee, and Safety Audit Committee.
“I just want to say that I love my job,” Christy said. “I have never worked for a company that gave so much to its employees or provided so many opportunities. I am blessed everyday and proud to say that I work at NewStream Enterprises!”
