Chris was nominated for his Spotlight Award for recognizing safety issues in the workplace and ensuring these issues were communicated efficiently and effectively. While performing his normal work duties, Chris recognized several safety issues that could easily impact employees and customer product. He quickly acted and voiced his concerns about these issues to make sure they were properly addressed.
