Laney Promoted to Inventory Auditor

NewStream Enterprises LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Ross Laney to the position of Inventory Auditor, effective April 24^th, 2023. This promotion is part of NewStream’s strategy to cross train and promote from within.

Ross began his NewStream career in June of 2010 where he started out in production doing kitting and packaging. From there, Ross quickly moved into various roles throughout the company including Inspector, Picker, and as an Internal Auditor. In July of 2021, Ross moved to assembly as a Materials Specialist where he was responsible for inventory, picking, posting, and adjustments for our QLS Sensor project where he worked until taking on his new role as Inventory Auditor in 2023.

In 2023, Ross also received the Spotlight Award which he was nominated for by going above in his department as well as others.

In his new role as Inventory Auditor, Ross will be responsible for investigating, reporting, and verifying inventory or any discrepancies. Ross will also be responsible for consolidation to help simplify the picking and auditing processes.

“I am very excited about this promotion. I feel my attention to detail and parts knowledge make me a good fit for this department,” says Ross. “When I first started Brett trained me on the line and I’m really looking forward to learning more from him.”
