Paylor Promoted to Quality Analyst

NewStream Enterprises, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Anne Paylor to the position of Quality Analyst, effective September 2022.

Anne began her career at NewStream in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant before taking on her new role as a Quality Analyst at our Alliance building in 2022.

In her new role Anne will be responsible for documenting and analyzing trends to take preventative action, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure standards are met, creating work instructions, developing KPIs, and establishing and implementing packaging requirements.

Anne has also taken advantage of NewStream’s tuition reimbursement benefit, receiving a minor degree in Quality Management to help further her career.

“Now as a Quality Analyst, I can say that my passion has become my career,” says Anne. “I am beyond excited to learn more in the field of quality and implement changes that empowers employee owner’s satisfaction, exceeds customer’s expectations, and ultimately improve our bottom line.”

Congratulations Anne on this promotion!
